A man stands at dawn with his arms open as golden light radiates from his chest.

There comes a moment when healing is no longer enough.

You must decide what is allowed to remain.

We carry agreements we do not remember making. Fear made some of them for us. Survival made others. Coercion taught us to call compliance peace, while confusion taught us to mistake access for love.

Long after the danger has passed, the agreement can remain. The body still braces. The mind still rehearses the old defense. The door stays open because once, closing it came with a cost.

But what protected you in one season can imprison you in the next.

Some call these bonds memory. Some call them conditioning, grief, obligation, trauma, habit, or energy. The name matters less than the effect: something foreign is governing what should belong to you.

Purification is not punishment. It is the removal of what distorts.

Congruence is not perfection. It is the alignment of thought, word, action, purpose, and identity.

A decree joins the two. It names the boundary. It withdraws permission. It tells the mind and body that the old terms have expired.

But words are not magic, and a decree cannot end at language. It must become conduct: the call no longer answered, the lie no longer repeated, the doorway closed, the help accepted, the habit broken, the truth acted upon.

Today, I speak mine.

I now release and dissolve every agreement, attachment, obligation, and energetic tie that was formed in confusion, fear, survival, coercion, or distortion.

Anything that has had access to me without my full conscious consent is now revoked.

Anything that has taken from me, fed on me, watched me, or interfered with my path, loses access immediately.

What is not mine is removed from within me.

What was taken from me is returned to me—whole, clean, and undistorted.

My field is closed to interference.

My mind is closed to manipulation.

Only what honors me remains.

Only what honors me—remains.

These words do not declare war on the world.

They end the war within me.

I do not need to identify every source of every burden before I put it down. I do not need another person to confess before I believe what an experience cost me. I do not need permission to end a pattern that diminishes me.

What returns is not some fantasy of an untouched life. It is my attention. My dignity. My voice. My time. My trust in my own perception. My right to choose what receives my presence.

What leaves is borrowed fear. Inherited shame. Obligation mistaken for love. Vigilance mistaken for wisdom. Familiar pain mistaken for identity.

Purification creates the empty space.

Congruence decides what may enter it.

I will not call captivity loyalty.

I will not call silence peace.

I will not call self-abandonment love.

I will build a life in which my inner truth and my outer choices recognize each other. A life where consent is conscious, boundaries are lived, and honor is the price of admission.

The door is closed to what divided me.

The way is open to what makes me whole.

This is church.
