The man who had to become someone new.

I refused to stay the person I was. Ironman finishes, sleepless builds, and a long argument with my own limits taught me that identity is not given — it is engineered.

The Book of Unger is the manual I needed before I became the man who could write it.

What I Believe

Discipline is freedom. Environment is destiny. Pain is data. The old self has to drown for the new one to breathe. These are not slogans; they are operating principles.

Why I Write

Because the human under construction needs a manual, not a motivational poster. The Book of Unger is structured like scripture so it can be returned to, lived in, and executed — not just read once.

The Mission

To help people become someone new on purpose — with the body, the mind, and the frontier of technology all pulling in the same direction. To rise, and breathe a purer air.

The Frontier

AI, biotech, and longevity are rewriting what a human can be. I build at that edge and write from it, so the tools of transformation belong to the people doing the becoming.
