To use one's mind is not merely to think, but to think clearly — to separate truth from noise, essence from appearance. The untrained mind obeys impulse, imitation, and authority; the liberated mind questions, discerns, and creates.

A person who cannot govern their own mind will forever be governed by the minds of others. But the one who learns to master their thoughts commands the world without needing to rule it.

The problem was never your past. It was never the circumstances you had to endure, or the darkness you went through. The past is over, never to return. The problem is your inability to let it go.
